I agree with Atomikrabbit. The decision to shelve MSR in favor of uranium reactors was a lot more nuanced than "you can't make a bomb with it." See Kirk's excellent explainer of the politics involved: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bbyr7jZOllI
Also, the idea that you can't make a bomb with an MSR/LFTR is specious. If you extract Protactinium from the salt it will decay into pure U-233, which is weapons-grade stuff.
At least it's better than what EPRI says!
